SIGHTING THE PERFECT FUSION OF INNOVATION WITH EXPERIENCE.

We are using one of the most proven technologies in the field like the twin screw extruders (steer make) for master batches and compound.

For consistent and uniform pre-mixing of raw material and high speed strand pelletizers, we are deploying the high speed mixers and pulverizers. This command over technologies prepares the capacity of the production to close to 600 MT per annum.

Critical to our success is the further development of our core competencies, formulations and masterbatch production. We are constantly working on improvement measures in our own laboratories, while ensuring high quality standards. Technical employees optimize existing products and develop new recipes and formulations in careful consultation with our customers.

To ensure quality of highest class in terms of color matching, we have installed injection moulding machine, two-roll mill, spectrometer, blown film machine & muffle furnace . Quality tops the priority of our list of aspirations. To serve the optimum benefits to the customers of HIND, we work in the direction to significantly improve the high-grade masterbatches / compounding quality.

Color Center
& Services

Our Color Center & Service employees are responsible for Color matching, analyses and quality control and are the main point of contact for enquiries from our customers. All Colorants and effects are assessed in terms of their properties and quality as part of the raw material evaluation. Various tests are conducted in the modern laboratory in conjunction with AC&S for customers and the entire group. We can offer a wide range of samples for our customers in order to demonstrate the Color of the final product.
